Dear Staff, I am writing to report a ban that I believe to be unfair, received during a training session in the arena. I was trying to kill the opponent with fists, as you can see from the video I can provide you, when the Anti-cheat banned me with the following reason: ANTI-CHEAT CODE #1013.

I understand the importance of maintaining a fair gaming environment and free of incorrect behavior, however I am convinced that in this case it is a mistake. Therefore, I kindly ask you to examine my case and consider removing the ban.

I am at your complete disposal to provide you with further details or clarifications and I thank you in advance for your kind attention.
