I would like to file an official complaint against the High Team of the Grand RP Server DE03. This concerns the recent procedures surrounding team recruitment, which in my view are neither fair nor transparent.
Specifically, despite the application phase being officially closed, individuals who were previously part of the team are still being accepted. At the same time, other applicants who submitted their applications properly are being rejected on the very same day. This approach seems arbitrary and gives the impression that decisions are based not on objective criteria, but rather on personal preference or connections.
In my opinion, such behavior is not only unfair to all other applicants but also damages the trust in the server’s leadership. It creates the impression of favoritism and corruption, which severely harms the overall server environment.
I kindly request that this behavior be reviewed internally and that clear, transparent, and fair recruitment standards be established – ones that apply equally to everyone, regardless of prior involvement in the team.
