Haydar grew up in a poor neighbourhood in Baghdad where he was raises properly by his parents. But after an assassination of his parents, he decided to move away from his home and try to find a job. He succeeded in finding a job, but was met with a lot of difficulties, which formed his character and strengthened his street skills. He had a girlfriend that cheated on him, and he has never been able to view the world as the colorful and beautiful world it is, but rather a dark place with nothing but betrayal, violence and struggle.
His only way of making money is to shake people into giving him what he wants. And if they don't do it, he will find ways by thinking outside of the box to get what he wants. People fear him as there are stories of him that can give anyone chills down to their spines.

Haydar started his journey in LSPD about a year ago where he thrived in the beginning. After some time he experience a lot of injustice and misuse of authority from his officers, and decided to leave LSPD. After some time, he met some bad people and somehow ended up in a gang called Marabunta. In Marabunta Haydar learned a lot about stealing, robbing, killing, taking hostages and a lot of bad things, but he also learned a lot about respect, about being there for his members, being loyal, and to never speak outside of what he has seen or done.
After some time in the gang, the gang had problems within and the members decided to split up and go their separate ways. This gave Haydar time to reflect on his life and his life decisions. He then came to the conclusion to go back to LSPD as he wanted to go back on track to being a good citizen. But that did not last very long. Due to Haydar's experience from the gang, he often could not control himself, or follow procedure of arrest due to his anger, and ends up taking the 10-15s he has somewhere far away and tries to shake them down to give him money in exchange for letting them go. He can be disrespectful and sometimes lash out as he can not take any disrespect himself.
Outcomes:
1- Haydar can take bribes of either Weapons, illegal items or up to 100k in cash in exchange for letting the person go.
2- Haydar can remove wanted levels from criminals if demands are met, if demands are not met, he can add wrongful charges and arrest people.
3- Haydar can use and carry illegal guns and items and use them as he wishes
4- Haydar can give inside information to criminal organizations in exchange for a bribe up to 100k
5- Haydar can break IC rules as he pleases, but will still follow OOC rules.
6- Haydar can help his friends and family members escape from prison or help release them from their cuffs
7- Haydar can use use ''/try searches for bodycam'' up to 2 times per situation, and ''/do breaks bodycam'' if found
