1. Leader of Lifeinvader
I’ve been part of Lifeinvader for over four years now. In that time, I’ve gotten to know a lot of people and built some strong friendships. I’ve also seen the ups and downs of the organization, and I’ve worked under some amazing leaders. Being part of that journey has taught me a lot. I’ve always cared deeply about LI, and now I feel ready to step up and lead it myself. I’m not here just to wear the title—I’m here to make a difference and help the people around me grow too.
2. I’ve got the experience to back it up
I’ve held quite a few roles here over the years—two terms as Deputy Head of Ads, one as Head of Creative, three as Deputy Director (Creative and Ads), and two as COO. I’ve spent time in almost every department and have a pretty solid understanding of how each one functions. I’ve worked closely with different teams, and I’ve always tried to be someone people can rely on. I think my experience puts me in a good position to help LI grow even more. I’m confident I can lead with both knowledge and care, and give back to the community that gave me so much.
3. I want to bring balance across all departments
From what I’ve seen, past leaders have often put a big focus on the Ads team. While that’s important—and I do think the current Ads team is doing a great job—I’d like to make sure the Creative, Journalism, and Event teams get just as much attention. I want to make sure every part of LI feels involved and supported. That way, the whole team can thrive, not just one section. We’re stronger when all departments are active, appreciated, and motivated, and I want to create an environment where everyone feels excited to contribute.
One thing I really want to push is regular meetings. I think having weekly meetings with each department will help a lot. It gives everyone a chance to talk about what they’re working on, share ideas, and stay on the same page. It also helps me understand who’s really putting in the effort and where support might be needed. These meetings won’t just be about updates—they’ll be about building trust and keeping the team vibe strong.
2. More events, more fun
LI can be a busy and sometimes stressful place, so I want to make sure we’re also having fun. I’m planning to bring in weekly events like talent shows or city-wide competitions where people can win prizes and show off their skills. It’s not just about entertainment—it’s also a great way to build community and bring more life to the city. When people are enjoying what they do, it naturally boosts roleplay quality, and I want everyone in LI to look forward to what we’re doing next.
3. Focused roles and clear structure
Each department will have a Head Coordinator and their own team, and I want to avoid spreading people too thin. Double-hatting (where someone takes on two roles) will still be allowed, but only for those who’ve proven they can handle it. I think this structure will help people focus more and get things done without burning out. It’ll also help members grow into their roles, develop leadership skills, and truly own the work they do. Everyone deserves the chance to shine, and I’ll make sure they get that chance.
Thanks for taking the time to read this. I genuinely appreciate it. I’m not perfect, but I’m passionate, committed, and always willing to listen and grow.

2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (Three reasons with explanation)
