This admin watched the full situation that this player id 173731 at timestamp 0:03 kept dropping me out the vehicle multiple times which is RP in admin situation but he didn't punish him even tho i did complain to the admin at that moment.
However, he is giving false informations, "while you are stealing a car you cannot go to a green zone".
