2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I have been a member of LSPD for over 6-7 and I believe that my experience which I gained over the time qualifies me to lead this organization I have dedicated my RP life to this rp community and have developed a deep understanding of all aspects of the organization.
- I am confident that I can lead the police department effectively by selecting the right individuals to support me in this project. Together, we will bring innovation and essential services to the city.
- I am committed to ensuring that the organization remains active at all times, with department heads appointed on the basis of their experience and ability to maintain activity across all time zones. They must also know how to conduct special operations and handle stressful situations calmly, rather than being org hoppers.
- Units who are highly active and perform their work well will be promoted, and a new bonus scheme will be introduced to encourage units to come on duty. I'll try to host events, training sessions, and other activities to keep members engaged and prevent them from becoming bored and leaving the organization and i will ensure that the Human Resources department is led by an active individual, as this is one of the main departments in the organization.
- I will oversee open recruitment on a weekly basis and I will have qualified staff who can take control of the department when I am not available. Strict punishment will be imposed on units who break the rules or fail to comply with the terms and conditions of the department.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
- There will be zero tolerance for toxicity within the organization.
- Effective communication is crucial for any organization, and maintaining constant radio contact is key to transmitting crucial information. It's important for all members to have a high level of proficiency in radio operations to enhance the professionalism of the organization.
- In order to operate smoothly, it's essential to establish positive relationships with other entities. I am committed to fostering strong ties with the SAHP & FIB and contributing to an enhanced role-playing experience for both of these organizations.
- Department & High Command Weekly Meetings: We will have meetings with all departments and their high commands every weekend addressing any issues within a department and suggesting possible solutions.
