I already filled a complaint against him before but got rejected today due to incorrect formate.

He is doing fail rp when I have his order to kill(bounty) from darknet he has 5 star on him. Firstly he take cover of green grass but later he called police and did CODE A in front of us . Sorry for that I didn't have full pov of taking his order but as you can see at time stamp 0:13 sec there is clear sign of gun above him or we can say target.
There is another proof at time stamp 0:45 of order cancel when he did fl.

You can see clearly when that guy did the "F1" then his order got cancelled so don't cry here now OK. Leave all the situation above the admins.
