With all my respect,

I have posted a complaint on Friday, got over 200 views and still not even on consideration by any admin.
When we complain icly through tickets, they take time to respond and they simply answer “Post of forums if you have a POV”, then when we complain on forums it take ages to be considered.
Why is it always taking so long for forums to be reviewed !!
