a. Strong Background in Law Enforcement Leadership: I have previously served as a Commander in SAHP, and held high command positions in both Government and LSPD. This experience has given me a deep understanding of law enforcement protocols, organizational structure, and effective leadership—making me well-equipped to lead the LSPD.
b . Passion for Structured and Realistic Policing: LSPD plays a central role in maintaining law and order across the city. I’m passionate about creating a disciplined, professional, and realistic policing environment where officers perform their duties with integrity and purpose. My leadership would focus on improving patrol efficiency, crime response, and IC training.
c . Commitment to Organizational Growth and Development: I aim to build a team-oriented culture that values communication, accountability, and RP excellence. 3 . Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
To improve the RP level in LSPD, I would implement structured and frequent IC training sessions that cover everything from 10-codes to traffic stops, raids, and court proceedings. I’d also encourage active use of bodycam RP, detailed incident reports, and deeper interactions with civilians. Lastly, by creating specialized units (e.g., detectives, SWAT, traffic), members can find a role that suits their style while contributing to the org’s overall RP quality.
