2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1 Ever since I started playing Grand RP I have always tried to help people and be someone others can count on. I have always believed in making things better and treating everyone with respect. LSPD has been the main law enforcement team in the city and usually the first place people join. I have always had a strong love for LSPD and know it is more than just a job or a group—it’s like a family to me. And I really want to make it the best it can be.
2.2 I have spent half of my career on Stateside, and it really helped me learn what it takes to lead LSPD the right way. I have been High Command in different places, and every role taught me something new how to handle harsh situations work with a team and make good decisions on different situations without favoritism .I made some mistakes in my previous term and I take full responsibility for them that it will not happen again. I know I could have done better and now I want to. I think Can be My chance to make things right, and I am ready to give it everything which i have got.
2.3 LSPD has lots of ways to give players new chances to grow. We can make new divisions that let people learn take on new roles and become more knowledgeable than before . It is all about improving together every day and step by step. I want to bring in new ideas and try things that have not been done before. My goal is to lead LSPD into the future and make law enforcement great under my command. I will make sure LSPD handles all of its duties, like doing 3 Ghetto Patrol every week and hosting a global event at least once every two weeks.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
3.1 One of my main goals is to build a strong HR team that hires good people and an IA team that treats everyone fairly. I will pick a trusted Deputy Chief to lead HR and from different time zone and keep things professional. I want to make sure we hire the right people and give everyone a fun and enjoyable RP experience. HR has had some problems recently, and I want to fix that by choosing the best people and staying in touch with them often. We will have weekly meetings to talk about what went well and what we can do better so we keep getting better every week.
3.2 I will make sure that everyone one keeps valid bodycam of every situation and attend all the events with maxx numbers. We will have regular open recruitments for citizens to create more job opportunities as an Leo. We will have realistic radio communication and make sure only important information is shared in between us.
3.3 It is really important to have a good relationship with other organizations. We need to work together better than we have before. Gangs are stronger now and only by teaming up can we stop the violence. I will set up weekly meetings with all the other org leaders. We will talk about our problems and come up with ways to take down the gangs. We also need to change how people see Leos. These meetings will help us work together share ideas and build stronger connections to make Los Santos a better and a peace full place to live in.
Departments
Human Resources : They will ensure that they hire good people who can be good officers in future and will give them training to serve they org and Los Santos. They will give them their proper roles badge numbers and update the org roster when its needed to be.
[IA] Internal Affairs : This department will ensure that everyone is doing their duty properly and will issue strikes to one who are not working in proper way, check their logs and They will handle any complaints or issues with officer behavior and issue them a strike or direct demotion with hc permission
[PE]- Parking Enforcement : This department will tows they cars which are abandoned on road or parked illegally and make the city clean and issue tickets to illegally parked vehicles.
[SWAT]- Special Task Force :They will hunt cannabis handle and lead all they events like store robbery, Ghetto Patrol, ammo run, Gun store Robbery and many more. This department will be allowed to use heavy machines for their operations or will have permission to allow officers use balaclava and LMG.
[PR] - Public Realtions :This Department will maintain a good relation with public and organize events on regular basis.
