2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 - Normally Families was on top. But right now The Families is pretty bad. But i want to change that! I want to make families feared. Make everyone respect us. When we were under other leadership some leader made people fear us but others lead the Families wrong. Our name was trashed because of them. But as i said earlier im gonna change all that if i become leader.
2.2 - I have always wanted to lead an organisatoin. I have been deputies of a few families before(not the gang). So i have my experience. I have experience in gangs as well. So i thought one day how good a leader would i be. A part of my application is because of this actually.
2.3 - Some gangs break rules very much. I want to eliminate that too. At least in Families.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. Eliminate ALL rule breakers. I will personally assasinate all of them.
2. Deputies active 7/24. I have already created a deputy team from my head that is active in different times so we can be active most of the day.
3. Becoming a large respectful family. I want Families to have connection like blood brothers. When someone is in danger we are going to help them because we are going to be a large family.
4. No favouritism by my Deputies or HC's. I hate favouritism. Thats why i left my old family. I will personally demote all deputies and HC's who do favouritism.
