2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?​

A. The time 16:43 in Los Santos i was roaming around the streets with my scooter and I seen one guy standing near the Parking no one was there I asked him Why are u Standing here He said to me i,m waiting for taxi i said i will drop you he sitted in my scooter then i moved from there with the person the person asked me. What you do to earn money i said to him normally i,m a Taxi driver i earn 200$ in a Day then i asked from him what you do to Earn money He said i work in Gang i was shocked and i was to much scared at that time then I think he is working in a gang he cant earn that much money. I slowly asked how much money you earn in Gang he said 1000$ in a day. I was shocked how can he earn that much money by working in a Gang. At that time i needed money argent i told him can u tell me where is that Gang area I will come. That person given me the location of Grove St. I told him how can I known which person is from the Gang that you work in. He said to me Whoever was in the Gang they were wearing purple cloths. After that I droped him to his home. Then i moved to the location Grove St. When i reached there i asked 1 person who is wearing purple cloths. I said him can you call Your boss he said the boss will come after some time. I waited there for 3 hors after 3 hours there boss arrived at Gang area. I said him i need money in Argent he said i will not give you money. I requested him he said i will give you one Task. I said to him what kind of task. I will do anything he said to me you have to do a murder and he given me the location of paleto bay near great ocean highway i said him i dont have gun he given me a pistol. And then he said when ever you will kill him then dump him in Ocean. After that I took a Gang Car and I moved for paleto bay when i reached his home i breaked his door and i kidnaped him and i locked him in the Trunk of the Gang car then i gone to great ocean and i stoped there i opened the trunk and fired on his head then i dump him in the great ocean i moved to meet the Gang boss when I finally meet the Gang boss i showed him proof then he kicked me and said that was my trick i,m not gonna give you any money then i made the decision i will make a Gang and i will be the boss of a Gang.

B. I have seen many Gang Leader getting there Gang Disban before the 30 days. but I will try to complete my term without Getting any warn and verbal will try to always dominate ghetto and atleast 2 store robbery and 1 gun store robbery and also the 1 FZ and will try to attend every clands and will try to attend every event that is possible so people can see the Gang activities and think that this Gang is active so we will join this Gang.

C. I will make good deputies who can handle the situation who knowns how to negotiate and knowns how to lead and knows how to handle this rank and we will try to do 100% graffiti and will try to do 100% turf. [ And I also have the Good Gang experience at rank Under Deputy And Also AT Deputy]

3.Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

A. We Will only take the members who knowns basic rules.
B. We will try to Do 100% Turf.
C. We Will try to do 100% Graffiti.
D. I will Give max bonuses to Everyone so more people will come.
E. I will try to comlete my Term without Getting any warn.
