Why do I want to lead Ballas?​

To be honest, this isn't just about being a leader or wearing a fancy tag. It's about growth. A while back, I was just another guy in the city, driving around, doing jobs, learning how things work. Then one day, I crossed paths with a few guys in purple. They didn’t say much—but something about their energy, their loyalty to one another, the way they owned their space... it left an impact.


Over time, I got to know that crew. I saw how gangs work from the inside—both the chaos and the respect it brings. I’ve been through betrayal, tough decisions, and moments where I had to step up for people even when I didn’t have the rank. Those experiences built me. I learned that being a leader isn’t about commanding—it's about carrying your people with you, standing up for them, and giving them something real to believe in.


I want to lead Ballas not for power, but to create something solid—an organization where loyalty, respect, and RP go hand-in-hand. A gang that actually means something to its members.

What will I bring as Leader?​

• I’m not here to run a gang for 5 days and give up. My goal is to go the full term—no warns, no nonsense.
• We’ll dominate turf, control graffiti, and be present in every event—but most importantly, we’ll be consistent.
• I’ll pick deputies based on trust and experience, not favoritism. People who know how to handle pressure and RP properly.
• I’ve had enough experience under and as a Unofficial Family Leader to know how to manage people and conflicts—IC and OOC.
• I’ll build a system where everyone gets rewarded for contributing, and no one feels left behind.

How will I improve RP in the organization?​

1. Only recruiting players who understand basic RP and rules. Quality over quantity.
2. Making gang interactions more immersive—planning ambushes, smart robberies, and street diplomacy.
3. Focusing on clean, organized gang wars that are more than just shootouts.
4. Encouraging creative RP scenarios—like illegal racing, underground deals, or turf negotiations.
5. Rewarding loyalty, teamwork, and performance, not just KD or numbers.

Goals for the Term:​

• Participate in all major events: gun stores, store robberies, FZs.
• Keep Ballas at the top in turf and graffiti.
• Build a tight-knit team with strong communication and minimal toxicity.
• Grow the gang with RP-driven, loyal members.
• Make Ballas a gang that people respect, remember, and want to join.
