Life Story:
Victor was born in Los Santos in a poor family. Growing up in the mean streets, Vonn joined some street gangs just to stay alive by engaging himself into criminal activities.
Yet he learned that this kind of lifestyle only goes so far before the realities set in.
Victor got a taste of job life and began moving further away from criminal activities. After much toil and effort, he was able enough to become the valiant SAHP Officer. Victor was working good for Los Santos, the city she made safer These days, Vonn walks the streets of Los Santos as an SAHP Officer giving up his life for nothing more than saving the city from crime since he ever truly embraced good.
Career Story:
Victor soon set out to become an agent of the San Andreas Highway Police (SAHP), dedicated to law enforcement, security, community safety. He decided one day “I will get there. This is where I belong.” The following day, he attended an interview and cleared it for successfully secured his training.
Victor dedicated himself and his life to the cause of ensuring our city was safer. He earned promotions, arrests and citations until he wound up in court on a regular basis. But Victor had to make rent and his salary wasn't cutting it. But through hard work and perseverance, Victor realized his dream of becoming an SAHP Officer. Later that he recognized that he needs more money for himself.
Outcomes:
1.Victor can pick up illegal weapons from the ground when a fight is finished and use them on duty and off duty.(Not in active gun fight)
2.Victor can use a truth serum on suspects to gain evidence on them. (using the /try command and only 2 times per situation).
3.Victor can Lie about a lawyer and refuse to read the Miranda Rights.
4.Victor can take darknet contacts and initate jailbreaks.
5.Victor can refuse to show his ID to other Leos , 10-15s and civilans to save himself while doing corruption.
6.Victor can break the bodycam with proper rp (/try command twice every situation).
7.Victor can go to ghetto off duty and kill or rob people in ghetto.
8.Victor can make criminals to drop their weapons or any illegal items so he can keep them for personal use or sell in black market (Only when off duty. Cannot sell the items that belongs to organization ).
