2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation
===MAJOR POINTS===
1. The First and main reason of applying for LSPD are that i want to Take the experience being a leader of LSPD as i was there in LSPD at rank 28 and watched my seniors working for the state , They are my first inspiration they are the one who motivated me to work for the welfare of people of Los Santos and Fight against corruption and crime. I never welcomed any type of crime in anybody's life.
2. The Second reason will be that when i started my career as a Leo maintaining law in the city i faced so many difficulties in the field and just wanted to help my office Colleague so that nobody is facing any kind of problem, Same as it is i want to be the leader and help others to make their name and shine well in the city. Introducing new cadets and people to fight against the crime.
3. From the start of my career I was a emotional guy and i can't even see anyone involving in crime or Any kind of Illegal activity. I saw many family members of mine being a criminal and from that day i chooses to fight against this and making a safe and crime free City. If I can be the Chief of Police Which i dreamed to be then I could be fulfilling the wish and work for social welfare
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
====MAJOR POINTS====
a. Bonus System: I'll introduce a good bonus System so that people would be encouraged to join the LSPD and work for civil life and Fight against the crime.
b. Command Usage: During my tenure i will make sure that officers will use proper RP commands and don't make any Situation unrealistic. We will try to make it more and more realistic like in real
c. Department & Divisions: In my Tenure there will be proper department sorted out and these departments will further encourage the officers to work more for LSPD and will develop harmony not discord. Group goals will be filled up
