I hope all is well with you. I'm writing to politely ask that my game ban be given another look. I've been told that "disrespecting higher-ups" is the reason for the ban. I want to make it clear, though, that I never meant to be disrespectful to anyone, especially those in higher positions.
I truly apologize if anything I said or did came across as disrespectful; that was never my intention. I genuinely love participating in the community and making a positive impact on the gaming environment. I respectfully request a second chance and would appreciate it if you could take another look at the situation.
