Dear Grand RP Rei Kousei Administration,

I am requesting clarification regarding my punishment under GR 3.1 (OOC insult) — ID 55459.

Points for Review:

1. OOC Insult – "Chomeu":
   I used the word "chomeu", which in Hindi means "flow" and is not considered an insult. There was no intention to offend anyone.
   If this is counted as an insult, words like "MF" should also be treated the same for fairness.
   This report is not personal against Rei Kousei; I am just seeking a clarification.
2. RDM and CR Decision – ID 134923:
   You mentioned CR punishment for ID 134923 but said there was not enough evidence for RDM because I was "too far."
   However:
   • You can clearly hear gunfire starting at 2:12 in my POV, even before any demands were given.
   • You can check server logs to confirm who started shooting first (which is part of an RDM check).
   • Shooting was done using a revolver (the sound is also clear in POV).
   • This player (ID 134923) RDMed multiple times on the same day. We have three POVs showing RDM incidents.

I request you to kindly review the logs properly to check who initiated shooting first, and reconsider the RDM punishment as well.
