2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
Answer:
1. Before applying for the leadership of this organization, I worked as an curator of HR department in NG in which i hires many people by taking their interviews and giving them training also i leads many events and i worked in Government and EMS also. And now i think i have enough experience to become NG Leader and i was able to keep up with this pace and lead, and I want to show that as NG leader. During my leadership I want to help people and develop RP, while we maintain an healthy and respectful environment for everyone.
2. I am passionate about protecting our state and maintaining law and order. Having served in multiple capacities within the National Guard and other government organizations, I understand the importance of discipline, organization, and strong leadership. As the leader, I aim to bring structure, boost recruitment, enhance training protocols, and ensure the safety of all citizens.
3. Me and my friends are experienced for this job. I will create a full army and make NG more active and disciplined organization. There will be no place for toxicity, me and my NG members can fun together in NG.

DEPARTMENTS
Black Ops
-This Department consist of people who are specially good shooters and works professionally.
Military Police
-This Department will keep check on people, does the patrolling on base to look out for any illegal activities and will be guarding the gates while looking out for people doing FZ Raid.
Air Force
-This Department has people with good pilot skills so they can scout the base from above.
Human Resource
-This Department will look out for the people who wants to join, hire them and give them training from basics.

- I will make a good experienced team for HR department to hire good staff in my organisation.
- I will make a good bonus system in order to make my soldiers more interested towards the organisation as everyone will enjoy the payment for their work.
- I will monitor the logs and the behaviours of the people of my organisation by myself at the end of everyday to make things run smoothly in my organisation.
- Hold regular community meetings to listen to members' ideas and evaluate their suggestions. Making everyone feel like they have a say can increase engagement.
- To ensure that there are always soldiers at the gates, I will give them good gatekeeping bonus and keep their guard time short so they don't get bored.
