Life Story:
Rafsan Araf was born in the year of 1998 in a middle class family in Liberty City. From childhood he grew up without his parents. His big brother Muhit Araf raised him from 6 years old when their parents died on a Russian invasion on USA. His big brother Muhit was a police officer at LCPD, a very ruthless and corrupt one. But at the end Muhit brought ends meet in their little family. Muhit was involved in various kind of drug and weapons business. He worked under the famous Drug lord Trevor Philips at Liberty City. One Night Muhit came home early and took Rafsan with him to leave the city and to move out in Los Santos because things went really bad with Muhit's career and he was accused of molestation and drug addiction on duty. Before things gone any worse Muhit resigned at his job and moved to Los Santos with his brother Rafsan. Rafsan always wanted to be a good and honest police officer because he idolized his long distant uncle Steve Haines, who was a great and honest police officer at LSPD and who died preventing a terrorist attack and became a martyr. But when Rafsan saw in Daily Globe News at Liberty City that his brother was so ruthless police officer that he shot three bank robbers in the chest and killed them on spot inspite of arresting them, Rafsan saw a rowdy hero that can end crime and also make career.
Career Story :
Rafsan was determined to be a good police officer but he did not care of morals that keeps him clean and honest. His priorities are to shine bright no matter how much darkness it can harness. So after a few years Rafsan got graduated from the college and he was in urgent need of making bank quickly. He applied a fresher job at LSPD but due to his connection with his long distant uncle Steve Haines he already got a Master Patrol officer rank at LSPD and started working with joy. His brother Muhit told him that if he want to rich quickly then he has to think out of the box sometime. Rafsan was clever and genius kid so he got the referrence and the next day when he arrested a prostitute from the street he asked for bribe and free sex. The prostitute was frightened at the moment and gave all her earnings to Rafsan and tried ran away because she does not want to sell her service for free. But then Rafsan got angry and he wanted to leave no witnesses so he pulled out his personal pistol with attached suppressor and immediatly took out the lady. Rafsan felt winning and zero regret of his crime and he got addicted to taking bribes, looting innocent civillians and hurting or killing them with no remorse. Rafsan was also dedicated to his job not because of saving innocent lives but for his own gain. He made a whole new gang called "Lassi Gang" with small times criminals and crooked cops. He do everything to make his criminal status clean and undetectable.Also continuing his brothers incomplete work which was arms and drugs trafficking was his side business. He made almost millions by selling illegal weapons and drugs in the Black Market. Killing his witnesses was not enough to fulfill his bloodlust so he made it further and took contracts of killing for money from the Darknet. so long his life and career goes like this.
Outcomes:-
1) Rafsan can take weapons and money as bribes. (up to $100,000 and he can ask for gun, ammo, drug and illegal items as bribe)
2) Rafsan can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
3) Rafsan is able to sell/buy illegal weapons and Items from the Black Market. (Not ORG weapons)
4) Rafsan is able to attempt to search for a bodycam (/try searches for bodycam) up to twice per situation, and if found, breaks it (/do breaks bodycam).
