The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
It was an unusually quiet evening at the Del Perro Beach as the shimmering lights of a massive yacht was glowing. To the world, it appeared to be people doing party and celebration but in reality a storm was brewing. All the gangs members, known for their illegal activities, planned a gathering abroad the yacht. Disguised as regular citizens but were doing millions of worth of arms dealing and other illegal deals.The FIB’s Undercover (UC) Department had been tracking these gangs for months and got the intel about the gangs that they were going to be in yacht. The UC team, in collaboration with the other Leos planned a secret plan: pretend to be big-time buyers and lure the criminals into a massive meeting. The Leos posed themselves as wealthy buyers, would set up the deal and ensure that the gangs took the bait. They planned to meet at the yacht. The date was set. The plan was flawless. The criminals, confident that their “party” would be undisturbed but Leos were already getting ready to strike and bust all the gangs members at the yacht. Leos arrived at the yacht but one of the gang members recognized the face of a Leo and alerted all the gangs members. Panic began to ripple through the yacht as some of the criminals started to realize they’d been set up. Both sides began shooting to each other and the result was a pure chaos - gunfire echoed through the yacht.
Why this event:
This event is planned to lure all major gangs into one place and bust them through a secret undercover operation.
Role of Each Organization Involved:
Gangs - Eliminated all the Leos who came to bust the deal.
Leos - Eliminate all the gangs and bust the deal.

All Crime
All State

Rules of the event:
No patching of others.
No use of personal wepons.
No juices or using of Drugs.
No org armour or org weapons.
How is the event won?
For Leos -
If Leos eliminate all the gang members, the surviving Leos will receive a $300.000 distributed among them.
For Gangs -
If the gang eliminates all Leos, the surviving gang members will receive a $300.000 distributed among them.
Prize for the winner:
$300.000 distributed among the surviving members.
