Hello Pablo, Nik, and Harry,

I hope you all are doing well.

I recently received a punishment for GZ 1.3, but I am not sure why, as there is insufficient evidence provided by the thread owner in their POV.

I kindly request you to review the description of the forum and the video once more.

Thread owner said:
"As you can see in the POV, he was hiding in GZ with a stolen bike and 3 stars."

However:

1st Point:
How can it be confirmed that I had a stolen bike and 3 stars?

The thread owner is not part of any legal organization, and

There is no information provided in his POV that proves the bike was stolen.
(Also, regarding the radar location thing, it could simply be a depth collector tracker.)


2nd Point:
Suppose, even if I was the one who stole the bike and was standing inside the GZ — would that truly be considered a rule break under GZ 1.3?
As far as I understand, it is the duty of LEOs to search for and seize stolen vehicles, and they are allowed to use weapons inside the GZ if necessary. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Also, referring to the forum example:
If a person with a 5-star wanted level stands inside the GZ and someone locates them for a bounty, would that also fall under GZ 1.3?

I am just seeking clarification to better understand the rules.
