No proof? That the name of his didnt match with the bike owner and the fact that he had 3 star which we all know you get after steeling a bike also that the bike magicly disappiers after the 20 min mark is also a big sign. And Im not the owner? I dont know why it is important when he cleary did a rule break. I know what role's he had on the server or has and it is a bit suspicios...
