He is reporting without showing whole situation, he said he did not take any action while they are shooting but you can check my POV.
Also he is reporting for irrelevant reasons like PG and GZ 1.1 and MG.

Sadly enough we need more actions agains the person to confirm Targetting. For forum complaints there is an admin to deal with them, if you disagree with the outcome you can make a complaint. Plus we cannot force someone to report everything.

When you have more proof for targetting you can make a new report.
