2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
a. After my beautiful term in the GOV, I realised one thing that role-playing with laws is truly fascinating, and now I want to experience leading an organization which is primarily based on fire-fight and tactics.

b. My experience in FIB previously was a bit underwhelming and I believe if bestowed upon the opportunity, I can give my 100% to ensure the role-play quality of Federal Investigation Bureau gets better than other terms and the members who join in truly experience a time of their life.

c. I think the way Crime Role-Play is tackled with nowadays can often be quite poor in terms of realism and if given the opportunity I would ensure that staff in my organization roleplay the procedure be it right from detaining to arresting super-realistic and fun even for the offender.

3. Your advice for improving the Role-Play level in the organization.
  • Improvised Departments: I will make sure that if I am given the leadership, I would ensure that the departments within the organization be it Crime Dwelling Departments like JTTF/CID or Self Improvisation Departments like IA/HR are extremely active and perform their duties in the most realistic and unbiased way possible.
  • Casefiles and Briefings: One of the most important things in FIB in my opinion is drafting Immaculate and Impeccable casefiles which are realistic and easy to comprehend giving out a chance to the new people in the city to not only join in but also enjoy the realistic and professional level of role-playing. Other than that I would also ensure to avoid miscommunication and deranged behaviour by the agents to hold regular briefings and meetings to keep them well informed and on the same page.
  • Interesting Events and Active Training: To make sure that the employees are motivated, I shall hold certain interesting events and friendly competitions like Best Arrest (Roleplay wise), Best Case Representation (Roleplay wise), and Many More. Furthermore, to make it more interesting and realistic I will assign my HR team to regularly take the new recruits to Fort-Zancudo and hold training sessions including Target Practice, Arena Drills, Aerobatic Drills/Training, etc.
