Hello dear admins,
First of all, I would like to request the removal of this unfair "fail RP" punishment. He spoke first and broke the RP, so I responded in Turkish. I believe the other player's English wasn't very good, as he told me "at GPS" in Turkish. That's why I spoke to him in Turkish, and in fact, he was the one who initiated the dialogue in Turkish in the first place.
