About our Party

Progressive United Alliance was founded by some like minded people who were associated closely with Rihan Pluxury, who was Ex Sheriff of a very prestigious organisation SAHP and who ran a very successful two terms. It was founded with the collective minds of Rihan Pluxury and his friends on 05/02/2025. Ideology & Purpose

Our Ideology and purpose is very simple, we will provide justice to each and every individual irrespective of their gender and provide no discrimination amongst each other. The Progressive United Alliance was created to give power back to the people. The Progressive United Alliance was established in order to bring back accountability, justice, and genuine governmental advancement. Corruption, unfulfilled promises, and leadership that prioritises itself above the people are all rejected. Every voice is heard and every right is carried by this party, which advocates for just laws, capable leadership, and equal opportunity for everyone.

Party Promises

1) Changes in traffic, penal code and labor code: Our party will look after the current traffic, penal and labor codes and make the necessary changes that will help to uphold the law and order in the city of Los Santos.

2) Conducting Public Events : Following in the footsteps of Honorable Ex-Governors Sir Nik Payne, Sir Frank Bellic, and Sir Zoro Saturo. Our party plans on organising public events on a daily basis to strengthen the bond with the citizens of Los Santos.

3) Organised State Inspections: We plan on conducting state inspections at least two or three times per week to ensure no corruption in other state organizations takes place.

4) Ensuring public safety: Our party plans to work with all the law enforcement officers to organize strict and proper training to ensure the citizens of Los Santos feel safe in their presence.

5) Department of Education and Department of Corrections: Our party plans on introducing new and improved DOE classes to all citizens who are interested in learning city rules and laws and also our party plans on bringing new rules to the DOC to ensure proper discipline of the prisoners who were caught and arrested for illegal actions.​

Liberty Liberation Party was founded by Ex Minister of State Micheal Barnes and his Peers who previously served as deputy leaders and leaders of many organisations and had the same ideologies. The party itself, was established on 27th April 2025, under the leadership of Micheal Barnes who himself has served a lot of time in various state orgnaisations as a high command finding out the current area of lacking of the present government.

Ideology and Purpose:
Liberty Liberation Party aims to improve the enforcement of laws and strives to make a good judicial, legal and revenue system which foresees the interest of all individuals living in the city! About The Party:

Former Governor Rihan Pluxury established the Progressive United Alliance on February 5, 2025, with the goal of upholding the law and making a sincere effort to improve the city's development and well being. The party was founded to provide honest services to the city's citizens and was born out of the solidarity of close friends and like-minded people. Following all of the actions, it is now hoped and anticipated that I Biomask will be the second governor from the party that upholds all laws with just actions.​

Ideology :

Biomask King joined this party after completing and serving as Assistant General, three-time USSS Director, DHS Minister, and others. He wanted to carry on the tradition of doing good deeds for the city and its residents, and the recent changes to the laws were advantageous to all. We are eager for more changes. Members of the party, including Biomask, are putting in a lot of effort to modify the laws and advance Los Santos. Our goal is to increase public faith in the government and judicial system, and it is time for a new beginning with strong, peaceful party members.​

Promises & Objectives:
Together they built a vision, a vision of a government working for the people and not against them. They believed in –

1. Our Department of Education will ensure that the citizens are educated about the city’s law and rules.

Promises & Objectives

OBJECTIVE 1 Changes to the Important Laws

Promise 1.1 Bill of Rights. A Bill of Rights has never existed in this city. It is about time for the State to properly uphold the Rights of Citizens and the Government to give clear guidelines for Claims, Civil Cases and Lawsuits where Citizens can bring matters to the Court when their Rights have been violated and they are seeking compensation or restitution.

Promise 1.2 New Traffic Code. The oldest and most out of date Code of Law we have. There need to be better penalties on bad driving and a neat clear Schedule of Traffic Offences. Those Citizens that cooperate with Law Enforcement during a Traffic Stop should receive a reduced Fine and Prison Terms for several Traffic Violations should be avoided unless the driving actually causes harm to other Citizens.

Promise 1.3 Criminal Code. The Criminal Code is equally out of date and previous Governments have failed to move with the changing times. Our Government proposes a major update to the Criminal Justice System and will fix the outdated Detention and Arrest Procedures as well as have a neat clear Schedule of Criminal Offences that is far easier to understand and use and to have clear requirements for a Suspect to be charged with any Offence. This will help prevent wrongful charges against Citizens and promote accountability by Law Enforcement.


OBJECTIVE 2. Greater engagement with the Citizens of our great City.

Promise 2.1 Bench Trials No longer should Citizens arrive at the Capitol seeking a Lawyer or Judge only to be told they are not available. As part of our Government’s commitment to open and accountable Justice and Law Enforcement we will introduce open Bench Trials together with walk-in Hearings and Sessions of the Claims Court. We hope that in making as much of the Justice System public we can encourage our Citizens to follow a career in the legal profession.

Promise 2.2 Press Secretary and the Department of Media. Our Government will be implementing the Department of Media and Press (DOM) and will create a new position for a Press Secretary to share what’s happening across the city and to engage with both Life Invader and the citizens directly in open Q&A Sessions and to keep citizens in the loop on changes and helpful information.

Promise 2.3. Visible and Engaging Government.
Further to the idea of the Press Secretary, it is our objective for our Governor and all Government Officials to engage with the citizens of our city and to give regular speeches and announcements about matters of interest. This will also include holding more public events we can make sure that the citizens stay informed, share their opinions and grievances and to overall just have better communication between State and Citizens
