2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I believe I’m ready to take on the position of EMS Leader because of my deep commitment to serving the city and my proven ability to handle many hard medical situations with professionalism and precision. Throughout my time in EMS, I’ve responded to countless emergency calls, from street-side accidents to high-risk situations requiring coordination with law enforcement. I have learned not only how to deliver rapid and effective medical treatment but also how to stay calm, take command on the scene, and lead others through chaotic situations. This amount of experience has increased my confidence in commanding operations, training new recruits, and keeping our citizens safe and healthy.
My EMS leadership vision extends beyond call management. I would like to create a solid, well behaved , and well-respected department where all our doctors, whether trainees or veterans, are valued and cared for. If elected, I will institute formal training courses, enhance in-house communication, and have capability to ensure our response is quick, professional, and uniform each time. I've always set an example of reporting to work punctually, being respectful to all patients, collegues, and helping others when necessary. With proper treatment, I think EMS can be among the most respected organization in the city.
I also realize that EMS has a critical function in the wider city ecosystem we're not merely medics we are a lifelline of the city. This is why I would prioritize enhancing the way we collaborate with other departments. I would like to see EMS grow more in the city ensuring our presence is felt and our role is respected. With good leadership skills, we can build our own image, grow our influence, and make EMS a rewarding and fulfilling career for every people who joins EMS.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
To improve the rp experience of the organization, I would focus on regular trainees and teach them how to handle different emergencies with realism and in a more rp way as possible. This includes proper medical environment , clear conversation with patients and interaction with patients in more roleplay manner. I would also set up a mentor system where experienced doctors guide new employees, helping them improve their rp with not just commands. lastly I would encourage stronger collaboration with other organization during joint scenes to create more immersive and professional rp experiences for everyone involved in it.
