2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 This is the first organization I ever joined. When I first came to the city, no other organizations would accept me because I did not have the experience they were looking for. I gained most of my experience from this organization. I joined SAHP at the beginning of the term and stayed until the end because of the strong leadership and supportive high command. I want to repay this by providing the same kind of leadership.
2.2 I believe that SAHP is underrated in general as an organization. Especially when it comes to events, often this organization has fewer members participating. I want to change that by building a strong organization that others can rely on, an organization that people want to be a part of. My goal is to create a term that everyone will remember for its impact, teamwork, and success.
2.3 I want to be a good leader because I believe a strong leader is the foundation of a successful organization. If leaders treat their officers poorly or are inactive, the organization suffers. I’m confident in my ability to lead fairly and actively. I will work to ensure everyone from low command to high command is trained, satisfied with their training, and motivated to succeed. I want to cultivate an environment where integrity is never compromised, teamwork is second nature, and every decision is guided by service to others. I want to inspire confidence in the eyes of the public, in the hearts of my fellow troopers, and within myself that together we can keep San Andreas’ roads safe, secure, and welcoming for everyone.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
A // I will ensure that all officers receive complete training, especially high command officers. This will help prevent rule breaks and ensure that all high command can handle every RP situation professionally.
B // I will ensure that all hardworking officers receive the bonuses they deserve promptly; this will keep them motivated and show appreciation for their efforts.
C // And finally, I want to appoint only skilled, dedicated, hardworking, and most importantly, non-toxic individuals to the high command. I aim to build a strong organization that respects everyone and promotes a positive, supportive environment that allows for growth.

Task: Quick response team for high risk situations, criminal arrests, and cannabis destruction.
Human resourses(HR)professionally
Task: Hiring new members and providing them with on the job training.
Internal affairs(IA)
Task: Investigate officer misconduct, ensure accountability from all units, and provide inspections of all officers, vehicles, etc. This will also include Background Checks, license, logs and bodycam checks.
