about the GZ part : as far as I know and as I've been told (including admins) BlackMarket is Greenzone (unscripted) just because it doesn't have its borders, we have to determine ourselves where it begins and ends (if I am right)
so, giving demands in GreenZone (even if it's unscripted) + killing is not allowed, right?
about G.R 6.23 : "6.23 Any kind of bug abuse is forbidden | BAN up to PERMANENT "
so you can clearly hear user by ID : 447920 is doing that, they killed a cuffed person , because they knew, when you kill a cuffed person, the character spawns in the hospital free.

I'm not focused on punishing these guys, as much as I want to know, where it begins the blackmarket GZ area.
