2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I am playing this RP project from past 1 year or 1.5 year now and the first organization which i joined is SAHP since then i spend almost 4 to 5 terms of servings in this organization it is like a place from where my journey has been started being a part of this organization i have served in many positions as a High Command in different Departments during this time i have gained the knowledge of different departments of this organization and learned that how they worked. and i also served in many other leo organizations as well like NG, LSPD , FIB, GOV and after gaining all these experience i think i have now a confidence that i can run this organization in a more good and effective way or i can say is in a sufficient way i have seen that many time there is a need of experienced leos or i can say experienced officers who can actually run a department in a very good way i will make sure that i will bring these experienced leos to the organization.
The second thing is i have planned different type of idea which will improve the Role play and give a friendly environment of working in which everyone shows respect to others and no body disrespect others and especially there high commands i will try to improve the equality in this organization i have also noticed that there is to much strictness which is important in many cases but i will try to decrease the strictness as much as i can so the junior officer who are joined recently can enjoy the RP as much as they can i will make sure that there will be no laziness and inactiveness in this organization if i got the term and also every department is full filling the requirement all the time. i will try to hired experienced leos in HRT department so they can bring more people to the organization which can help us to make the organization 24/7 active.
The third thing which is a very big problem to in the organization is favoritism i will will make sure that there will be no favoritism at all because i have seen that many officers even if they are hired newly getting promotions and even they are not experienced i will removed this from the organization so deserving officers can get there promotions according to the hard work they will show and do. and everyone can get there justice also.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My first step to make RP more realistic is to add some new things in training of a officer not just doing an arrest i will train the officers in such a way that they can take decision in every situation without any hesitation. so every body can enjoy RP more realistically and as much as they can......
My second step is to make good communications with other organization because in any situation a good communication plays a very important role in winning the fights and many things more i will make sure that this communication with other different organization will me improved if i get the term.....

SWAT {Special Weapons And Tactics} is a special team which Respond to every Situation which is not handled by normal Leos there job is to protect and fight against dangerous criminals and gangs they also use special types of weapon which they are only allowed to use
PR:
PR {Public Relations} is a team which organizes different events for civilian of Los Santos their job is to make more creative events and attract with civilians as much as they can . there main priority is make and lead different events
HRT
HRT {Human Resources and training} their job is one of the most important job in the whole organization their job is to hire new officers to the organization and also their job is to train them regarding to rules of this organization. they also take interviews of newbies
IA {Internal Affairs}
IA {Internal Affairs} is another very important department in the whole organization there job is to caught and deal with different cases and keep the corruption away from this organization there is to kept their eyes on different units if they are specious that they are involve in criminal activity their job is to investigate it and caught them.
HWP {Highway Petrol}
HWP {Highway Petrol} is the second most important department in SAHP because their main job is to clean the city from the cars which are illegally parked and their job is also to give fines and and toe the cars and make the city clean as they can and their job is also to petrol the highway and find if there is any criminal activity going on the highway
