I. EMS Chief
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1) I have been in this city for over an year as of now. Although my first org was NG, but when I used to go for events, I used to see doctors and medics show up, providing us Adrenaline shots which used to help us boost up the powers. Had a feeling that what else do they do, so by the age of 8 years in city, I joined EMS for the very first time under the leadership of Mike Shakespeare. My first few days went pretty well, as my trainer back in those days was a nice person too, the Division Chief Rebel Quaisee (currently known as Kaycee Shakespeare). I was genuinely amazed and excited about the working terms of EMS when I first started of with it. Patching people, to selling medikits, pills and health insurances, people used to love EMS whenever we used to help them... At times, it was very exciting to handle the purge night rush and all. I had took a step forward joining the AS, then the FTO and ending up becoming the RO, highest achievable one by me that time. Later I came back to EMS after a while taking charge as the general COS and did my best for the term of Nosyl Opps, maintaining discipline, friendship, coordination to cover lobbies and helping leos at events by HCs all the time.
2.2) Becoming EMS Chief for me will be a great achievement as I have experienced the means of leadership at times being the highest in command in city in whichever org it is. I want the new members joining in the city to experience being a doctor, to help our society, to maintain proper RP amongst all, and also, to earn some good cash which will be helpful for them in their future run as well. Maintaining the same discipline, and mentality amongst everyone again, now being the leader will be my honour and also key responsibility of me and my team. I will be hiring the perfect employees needed for the term to run it smoothly, and successfully. The Ambulance services will be quick, and fast responsive, the FTOs will take charge to help out the Freshers get known to the org, the IA will help maintain zero inactivity and tackle favoritism, the Heli teams will be responding with flying colours in terms of saving the lives of citizens of Los Santos. Our HCs and Deputies will be dedicated and hardworking towards the org, and its well-being.
2.3) In my past times being in EMS, or outside in leos, observing EMS, I have encountered several employees who have broke several city rules, but yet weren't made understand or punished somehow by the other HCs. But in my term, people will get good ranks and experience gradually with the time to avoid such circumstances and make EMS one of the best orgs. To maintain good relations with the Leos, and to help them at all possibilities and events. We will be running recruitment drives to hire the best doctors and capable persons to be one. Maintain good behaviour with the citizens and help them.
