2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Reason-1 : National Guard is the key organisation of the state. Which holds very important role in LEOs. Who is responsible for guns and ammunation supply to the LEO orgs and protecting the FZ base. With my leadership skills and knowledge of the server and past experiences in LEOs I can make NG really improved.
Reason-2 : I have been in this EN1 city for almost a year now and before that I was in Grand EN3 server for a year or so.
I have gained so much experience being a NG HC both in EN3 and EN1 server. Also I was HC in every LEO org and was EMS leader for one good term too.
I understand well how this city and these organisations work. And I believe I can make it even better in every possible way. as a Leader of NG I will make sure every LEO orgs are getting their ammo supply in regular basis also the FZ base will be protected everytime within the duty hours.
Reason-3 : I want to make a change into the specific organisation in every way possible to make it better in Roleplay. Duties are our priority but we have to remember that doing good RP is also needed in every organisations. As in NG I will set some sew rules about training montage and add some basic RP things. A good roleplay around the NG base will make everyone happy.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
As I said in my reason to be a leader of such fraction improving roleplay level is the main priority besides doing basic responsibilities.
My Plans for improvement of RP :
I have something very interesting in mind which is I want to introduce some departments and divide works between them such as :
1. FULLFILLING DUTY :
Guarding the entire base is our main duty and making sure that no one takes advantages of tresspassing. North Gate and South Gate will be covered everytime within the duty hours. And also patrolling the entire base is a double check on any possible tresspassing. In the time of FZ raid main entrances and alarms will be clean so that gangs can reach easily but we will take them down at 89% chance everytime, there is a little 11% chance that hey could win the raid. Afterall it is a part of the RP. And in trainings we will teach the entire NG duty plus some roleplay will be improvised.
A: Showing ID/Passport at Gate while coming in duty to identify ourselves.
B: Properly using the Gym and making a round march around the base atleast once or more to some basic exercises including sit ups and push ups.
C: Exploring the shooting range to maximize the accuracy of shooting and using Arena to prepare soldiers for combats.
D: Exceeding Air Force patrolling on daily basis to make sure the state is safe or not. Taking military actions if needed.
Delivering ammunations all over the LEO orgs will be more fun and improvised RP with more tighter security on convoy and even making a Special task force only for protecting of the convoy and First persons of the state (e.g. Governor, Deputy Governor, AG, SCJ, DCJ).
2. CORRUPTION FREE ORGANISATION (Military Police Internal Affairs) :
My specialised Internal Affairs team who had previous experiences in IA from before will do regular BGC check and License check on every NG units. And if found any criminal activities then they should be put in custody by our soldiers. Which means they will lose their job and will get globally blacklisted as well. Also not having proper Weapon's license and Health Insurance will cause one or more strikes in their name. In strike period their promotions will get hold and they will be given punishment tasks to remove the strike. Also my DAs will do casefile on every possible member who will do prime out to escape their fortune. No favouritism will be tolerated in this particular organisation.
3. RECRUITING AND TRAINING THE BEST UNITS (Human Resource and Training) :
We will hire good HR representatives and HCs to make sure that good candidates will get hired going through a well interview and making sure that they know basic rules as well. Then they will get trained well to understand the National Guard and to do the right thing with perfection so no one can raise their hands to differ with our methods. Also in the training we will teach how to do good roleplay as well as keeping it real. Also for special training purposes we will do collaborations with other organisations to increasing the harmony among the LEO society.
For example :
A: Taking SASD exercises to various locations or inviting SAHP/LSPD/FIB for special training missions if they are interested.
B: Asking help to the curators to Teleport our training players to another dimension to make it more OOC to shoot for training purposes. Like doing covert operation in Capitol or in PH to rescue the Hostage. (Besides LR 1.9)
4. MOVING LIKE THE WIND (SASD) :
In every hostile emergency situations like Store Robbery, Hostage, Data Breach, BM Raid, Gang Raid and other special fighting missions our SASD team will always think ahead and take actions like a pro that will be sometimes sneaky and sometimes very loud which will take the criminals down easily. Always thinking out of the box and just like the ancient chinese military tacticts mentioned in the book 'Art Of War' which is hitting the enemies where they are not supposed to get hit, will be applied and we will make this successful.
5. SERVE AND PROTECT (Special Forces Commando) :
I have plans for the newly introcued department called "Special Forces" which will be the updated and modified version of old "SASD" . Where our SF Commandos will follow various tactics and fight the criminals in GP and also we will offer Special Proections to the First persons of the state (e.g. Governor, Deputy Governor, AG, SCJ, DCJ).
8. LOOKING LIKE A HERO :
A: I am personally a great fasion enthusiast. I like to do it on swag so will do my organisation with whole new combinations of uniforms beacuse I have plans to change existing ones.
B: A new combinations of weapon sets will come obviously to make it work in a rough and tough situations. Our units will have no problems emergency situations to get loadouts more quickly and also having the perfectly workable combos.
7. A SOCIAL FREAK (Public Relations) :
PR departments will do their job as regular basis to create more Public activities and Me personally will add very experienced person in the department and some of my own ideas of Good and unique events for a good prizepool. Making sure more than 30 PR events been done in whole 1 term.
