2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?​

1. To build a powerful gang in the city
I want to be the leader of because i want to make Bloods the most feared and respected gang on the whole city. This means establishing a solid internal structure with clear ranks, responsibilities, and communication. We’ll focus on organizing our criminal operations in a system that maximize profits and minimize risks. With proper plan, we will ensure that every member knows their own role and feels part of something bigger than just a normal gang in the city.

2. To strengthen our territories
The Bloods should be more than just another gang we should be a name that carries weight in every part of the city. As leader, I will focus on building our image through proper gang outfit, events, robbery and making our presence in the city. Whether it’s through dominating ghetto, showing in events, or getting respect through dominance and power, we will become a gang that everyone knows. My goal is to raise the Bloods to the top of the criminal hierarchy and keep us there always.

3. To Create Opportunities and Loyalty Within the Gang
I want to lead in a way that benefits every member in the gang not just me. That means giving people real opportunities to rise through the ranks, earn money, and have fun in roleplay. I will create training systems for new recruits, reward loyalty and skill, and make sure that everyone in the gang feels supported. We will function as a brotherhood and loyalty is earned and respect is taken. When people join the Bloods under my leadership, they won’t just be joining a gang they will be joining with a vision, goal and a plan.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.​

To improve roleplay in bloods i will first make the gang's enviroment more like a gang and also i will hire only OG's who knows and respects the rules and also follow them in proper manner. i will also host events regularly and will also do many other gang events like graffiti, gun store robbery, 24/7 robbery and many more events. i will also focus on meetings and alliance with other gang. i will also set ranks according to responsibilities of respected person and at last i will teach all the members of the blood's gang the server rules.
