Shooting without any reason In gz fail rp, PG and corruption

as you can see that he was attempting to rob an atm. he was inside the parameters and i shoot him because he was running and i havent arrested him because when i searched him,no key were found in his pockets because he just throw that keys.

G.Z 1.1 should apply on him as he was doing illegal activities in green zone and according to my knowledge doing any of the illegal activities in green zone is prohibited

  ID 143378 Will not be punished for gz 1.1 (Reason: Police officer can shoot in gz if needed and since you was running away he used the lethal arms but after searching you he released you ).​

[ LEOs can use weapons in GZ, but there should be a proper reason to use it, Taser can also be used in this case ]
