Arrow Sir started his legal career in the LSPD, working hard to protect the streets he once ran. After gaining experience as an officer, he shifted to EMS, becoming a doctor to save lives instead of risking them. After some time, he took a short break from legal work but soon returned to LSPD, more focused than ever. His dedication earned him a role in the Government, where he learned the inner workings of the city. Now, he proudly serves as the Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) – Public Relations, leading with experience, purpose, and a drive to make a real difference.

1 - Arrow can lie about a lawyers presence and refuse to read the Miranda Rights.
2 - Arrow can take bribes up to 100K to perform illegal actions such as releasing 10-15, becoming a hostage, doing jail break.
