Im applying for the Leader of LOSANTOS VAGOS
Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
as of my early rp life i have had a special entrest in gangs for some random reason so one day i joined one and everyone was very very nice to me so i tought of becoming a leader and thats one of my biggest goals in the rp and i hope that i can become the leader of vagos so for once like the old days all the gangs can be togheter and have great terms and make it like the old days.
Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.'
so many people want to join the org of gang but they havnt learned all of the rules yet so i will invite them but not let them attend events till they learn it the way they learn is that there is gonna be some HRT like fib and leos but much less strict so they can enjoy the rp to.
so for my gang to become the best i want to make some teams like the graffiti team for max bones then the small team of the HRT and then of course the lovely team of turfers will be there and the rest are normal gang members and highcomands
and i dont want any type of toxicty
and there will be people in charge like deputys to help out and if they don't do what they are supposed to they will get kicked or be punished like demotion
my aim is to get all of the people to respect us like we are the only gang, i want my gang to be the best of the best
