First of all, my dear admins, I received a 60-day ban after an incident I had about 2 or 3 days ago, which then turned into a permanent ban. I promise that I will not make such a mistake again, and my only request is to reset my account and lift my ban, please. I have been playing this game for a long time and I do not want to quit.
