Hello! I know ill get punished for my behaivor i was just goofing around and punched this man and unfortunately he died. My concern though is his actions. The agent attempted to detain me while off duty, without wearing any identifiable FIB uniform or vest, without a vehicle present, and without stating any charges or reading my Miranda rights. Additionally, he confiscated my weapons and attempted an arrest with no clear authority or procedure. This behavior raises serious questions about his fitness to serve as a federal agent and reflects a lack of understanding of proper arrest protocols. I wanna include that Jason Pluxury came and told him to release me because what he did was wrong otherwise he would probably proceed with the arrest and gotten away with his corruption and thats why im opening this forum.

Still mate you werent even on duty and i can confirm that because you were standing at beach market for hours sleeping and you dont have uniform or a vest on you. You cant just cuff someone the way you did confiscate all their belongings and try to process them thats called professional misconduct you cant use your org rights to gain advantage over others, the only reason you are able to cuff and use pda off duty is because of FIBs UC department and you shouldnt abuse those rights.
