2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
My first organization where i worked at that is Ems. I got to know Ems by my one friend who used to do job there. So i joined Ems and saw how much satisfaction i am getting by helping other people, so I put all my effort and worked there and then I got promotions for my good work in EMS. I also worked in FTO department to get more understanding of organization. I worked as a senior medical professor, dean of division, division chief and chief of department. I want to make Ems as most active organization. I will also ensure that there is no corruption or favoritism going on during my term. I will run the organization with full professionalism and will try to do some unique as much as i can to gain more members.

3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
3.1 I will maintain a good roleplay by appointing good surgeons that if someone come to do some surgery or x-ray so there should be someone who can do with perfect roleplay.
3.2 I will make sure that high commands should be available for all the time.
3.3 I will make sure that every lobby should be covered with 2 peoples and also there should be a unit on calls and there should be one RO who is ready for RO calls
3.4 Minimum 1 high command should be on standby on every lobby.
