On May 8th, 2025, my account (ID 5974) was hacked. The hacker took all my items, including both transferable and non-transferable ones. After the hacker logged out, I logged back in and saw that everything was gone. I immediately contacted Senior Admin Zoki Roki, and he told me he would check it out. About 40 minutes later, I received a ban for General Rule 1.2.
I messaged the Senior Admin on Discord, and he told me that I had to be banned because the account was hacked, and that I should just write an unban appeal, which he said I would get accepted. I submitted an appeal, and Aldin Verssappen (Curator of Administration on the RS server) responded. He first asked me which Social Club account the game was created on. I told him it was "andretos1232", and added that I no longer had access to it—although in truth, I do have access, but it's banned from online because I used Cheat Engine.
Since I wanted to play GTA Online, I bought a new copy of the game and created a new Social Club account. Then, on account ID 5974, I received a ban for General Rule 1.1 because I logged in from another Social Club account. I didn’t report this to Mujo because I thought it wasn’t necessary—it’s my own account and nobody else played on it. I also received a ban for General Rule 1.4, which I admit was my fault, but I did get unbanned after that.
Aldin later asked me when I lost access to the old account, and I told him the truth—that it was in September. He asked what my new Social Club account was, and I replied "AndrejVucko". After a few days, I got a response, but Mujo rejected the appeal saying "denied for lying", which is not true—I didn’t lie about anything.
After that, I submitted another appeal titled "wrong decision", and it was rejected again by Mujo, Simba, and Abraham, but I wasn’t given any reason.
If you can help me get unbanned, I’d really appreciate it, because I didn’t do anything wrong—I just reported that someone hacked my account, and I was honest the whole time.
