2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I possess strong leadership skills that can significantly benefit the organization in situations involving event planning and quick decision-making. NG is often one of the first law enforcement organizations that people join, as it serves as a stepping stone to other organizations or to gain experience. With my leadership abilities, I aim to build a strong and cohesive team , so that I can train and guide them in a professional manner. This team will, in turn, continue to mentor and train other officers effectively.
2. Many people feel intimidated during their first interview, as a soldier are often stereotyped as harsh and unyielding. I want to change this perception and make applicants feel more comfortable and so that they are welcomed during the interview process. My goal is to foster a sense of understanding and teamwork rather than intimidation or fear.
3. I plan to foster a friendly and respectful environment within NG , where everyone supports each other and cooperates with other organizations. My goal is to minimize favoritism and conflicts.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
The roleplay level I will improve is that each and every soldier
is capable of that much .so that he can understand the organisation and how the organisation works and he gains a experience in law enforcement organisation. I will conduct a daily routine of rp rules and to increase the firing stability of that soldier so that each soldier would be trained perfectly and NG soldier never be lack of anything.
============DEPARTMENT OF MY TERM ===========
1. Human resources (hr):
The hr will conduct the interviews and will train each soldier consistently and to see the soldier that he is doing wrong or not.
2. Special Force ( SF) :
The member in the SF will be trained every hardly so that in the situation of an event like ( store robberies, gang attacks ,etc) they lead it and would easily catch the criminals and handle it to the LSPD,SAHP or FIB officer.
3. Milatary police (MP) :
The member of MP would given a task that they would can to complete it in a week . It includes a soldier ( back ground , licences , the logs of a soldier that he is working properly or not , etc ) MP will be like how the organisation have internal affairs.
4. Air Force (AF) :
The member of AF u would be most thrilling officer that they fly the jets and helicopter in a way that a AF member can tell us what is happening outside the base and in the city.
