2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Because the word NG/ARMY evokes such a strong sense of patriotism, I want to be in command of NG. Making NG the best is my aim. Since I have been working on this project for a long time and have gained a lot of experience in different state organizations, I think I am ready to assume the job of leader of this organization. I spent a lot of time working for governmental agencies. I have seen a lot of both good and bad things. I would take all of the wonderful things I saw and implement them for the organization, and I would correct the bad things and try to prevent them from happening.I understand how difficult the duty of NG leader is, thus I am ready to conquer any obstacles that may come up. I've learned a lot from working with outstanding leaders like Frost Ashford and Ishant Black, I was even the deputy in NG in Ishant Black's term and I'll use all of my skills, knowledge, and experience to make this term the finest and most successful one yet.
I have seen many people join National Guard without direction or motivation. My goal is to grow National Guard into one of the most active and respected organization in the city, where every units knows their value and feels proud to wear the uniform. I believe a great leader brings out the best in others, and that's what exactly what i want to do.
I would manage this organization with my present staff and, if necessary, bring on new hires every day. Given my high level of resourcefulness and composure, I think I could serve as an excellent leader of NG. I understand the amount of responsibility and the difficulty of leading this organization. Since the leader must follow the rules and I must follow the curator's instructions, I am aware of all the server regulations. Since I believe I possess the skills and abilities necessary to fulfill all the requirements, I would like to apply to be the leader of this organization.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I'll put together the best HR staff with the best police to make sure everyone gets excellent training.
Every week, there will be a promotion ceremony to boost the soldiers' self-esteem. To decide whether soldiers are eligible for the promotion, I will personally go over each soldier's logs.
Twice a week, we will practice drills. which will entail firing, setting up barricades, and so forth. (Because putting spikes on the north and south gates confuses beginners.)
My deputy and I will continuously keep an eye on the actions of each soldier and department in order to maintain the organization's efficiency and avoid any issues.

Human Resource -> They will give top notch training to everyone and hire new soldiers daily.
Military Police-> They will prevent corruption and check everyone logs and stuff everyday. Moreover they will keep an eye on the whole base by patrolling it.
Black Ops-> These will be specialized in fights with very good aim. They will respond to situations.
Air Force-> These will be the air warriors of NG by keeping an eye on the whole city as well as on NG from the sky to collect intels and prevent and mishap.
