2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I want to be a NG leader because i have spent so much time in en2 and en3 as well, i have been fib director in EN2 spent a good time there and as i joined en3 i learned about this city as well, i have been in LSPD/GOV/FIB/SAHP, at first i joined LSPD but after gaining more knowledge of this city i became Commander of SAHP, as i spent more time in it and got more knowledge about the city i became Undersheriff of SAHP in last term.
2.2 I want to become leader of NG because as i saw previous terms of NG were really inactive, NG plays a crucial role in helping other legal organizations by providing ammunitions to them. Being a NG leader i will make sure to make my term active as possible.
2.3 The amount of time i spend in legal organization one thing i have seen in few of the organizations which is favoritism, I will make sure no such thing will take place during my term, each and every member of the organization will be treated accordingly and respectfully, everyone will be at a position which he deserves, no favoritism will take place. To maintain a proper roleplay it is important for all the organization members to have knowledge about Rules and Laws, i will make sure my soldiers will have enough knowledge about Rules and laws to get hired in the org.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 To maintain a good and healthy relationship with fellow soldiers it is important to get them know by spending time with them, i love to keep friendly environment within the organization, i will make sure i go to arena with my soldiers to spend good time with them, weekly promotion ceremony, in which we will spend time together will have fun. These kind of acts will help in a lot of things but here i mention two of them, 1 is if we use arena for training, my team would be good in combat, 2 if i keep good relationship with them they would love to work for the organization, they would enjoy being a soldier.
3.2 For an organization to work properly it is important to keep a good relationship with other legal organizations, i will keep a great relationship with them, we will provide them ammunition so that they can help us during our tough time and they would keep the city clean from criminal activities.
3.3 To enjoy roleplay at its max it is very important to have knowledge about the rule as well as ooc and ic(Law), we can enjoy role play at its best if we actually know how to play it.
3.4 I will make sure all the time when it is required my soldiers will cover the gates, we would attend every possible situation to help other legal organizations, in short i will try to make NG the most active term ever with the help of my soldiers.
