They have ruled the streets of Los Santos like no other gang ever has, fighting wars against corruption more brutal than we can imagine.

That is why I have decided to apply for this position.
To enhance roleplay within the organization, I would like to encourage regular character development, frequent in-character meetings, and scripted scenarios such as turf wars, deals, or alliances to keep members active. Encouraging members to remain in character, respect gang hierarchy, and resolve conflicts through RP instead of OOC issues enhances immersion. Educating new members in proper RP etiquette and rewarding quality roleplay will also encourage the team to keep a serious and realistic atmosphere that is appropriate for the gang lifestyle in Los Santos.
Each area in the gang will have a leader who will also be the Second-OG, they will be responsible for communication between the areas so that everyone ends up working together.
My goal is to revitalize the gang. I want to achieve this by a complete restructuring from the ranks to the divisions in the areas.
