2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2-1. I played on this RP Project since 2022 Which I love the RP in it and how it have a lot of people playing it but the most part I loved this RP server is Nartional Guard I have always loved to be part of National Guard, I join NG in Spike Term and since then that day I loved working in NG and kept working there until now and i got a lot of offers from other Orgs to join them and leave NG and I always Refuesed there offer, Because i Consider NG as Family were i cant betray it if i join a term i have to stay in the term until it finishes
2-2. As I was in a lot of terms in NG, I have grown to a great experience Soldier. Where I became Head of All the Departments and even Commander of Human Resource and Military Police, I have always wanted to become the next General after Mias Term, but because of an issue the Old Curators kept rejecting my application which it Motivated me to become more Experinced and Apply the next term which also ended with Rejection Until now i have got rejected Three times and i never got demotivated and will never happen, If i didnt get this Term i will always try the next one
2-3. A lot of people look down on the National Guard and make fun of them, saying NG is NPC or you only stand on gates, etc, and I am gonna Proof to them that National Guard if it have the right units and the right leader it can be more than that, I will make that happen when I become the next General with the Help of my units and Deputies!
Those Departments That I Will Be Using in my term.
Human Resources and Training (HRT) For recruiting and training purposes, and Giving Tests for our Soldiers to make sure they understand all the Rules.
Security Assistance Support Directorate (SASD) - Will do all combat-based operations and training events, and attend all global events as they are our Skilled Units in shooting Skills, as well as be able to think in serious situations and not get panicked.
Air Force (AF) - For scouting missions (check if there are any gang activities close to our HQ), transport Units (take units from Point A to Point B), Air Support (to have an eye from the air in a convoy to tell us if there any suspicious cars following the convoy or not)
Military Police (MP) - to make sure internal rules and regulations are followed properly, get rid of corruption, and get rid of Illegal activities from NG.
Public Relations (PR) - To organize events for our citizens to have fun with our organization, and a Prize Pool will be given.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3-1. to make sure our Soldiers know all kinds of rules by training them on all the rules they need to know. How can I make that happen?
I will make sure to have great HRT units that I have worked with them in the Last terms and showed themselves self more than ready to take this position to trust them with HRT work.
3-2. I will make PR to make event Daily to ensure the involvment the Citzen with the army to increase there trust with us, Whcih will hopefully end up with an increase with our numbers, I will also make HR make Daily at least 2 Open Recrutment to increas our numbers, and will make them to memorize the radio codes to increase the RP in the radio and in Departments

1) I will do a lot of activities/events that consider their aim Training and Communication Skills. To improve their skills so when any trespasser they can Deal with them smoothly.
2) All Promotion/Demotion will be given with my permission and LT. General and I will never accept any kind of favoritism that happens inside of my organization.
I have never liked something called favoritism because this kind of thing is unfair to Hardworking soldiers who deserve a lot. (as it happened a lot to me)
3) I Will make more of the car Patrol to show Los Santos that they are safe under the army and to show them that the army is a great organization to try to Recruit more Soldiers
4) All Ammo Runs will be made daily and no Exceptions
