I walked up to a fam house in the city and went into the back garden to be greeted to 4 people all with guns, one of them said "leave the area 5-" but before they even finished the countdown I was gunned down by them all.

It was obvious you was trying to provoke us by coming to the family house when we got the money machine, and then you run into the back yard when people have guns out not valueing your life, and ran up to the money machine without a care in the world. and your intentions was clear from the start what you was after as it is city wide event. and just 5 mins before we got attacked by other people and then you came afterwords.
