2. Why do you want to be a leader of this particular organization? (Give three reasons with a description)
2.1) I would Like to Become Leader of Los Santos Police Department (LSPD) because i have spent almost 5 to 6 terms in LSPD and LSPD was my first legal org which i joined. I began as rank 3 in LSPD and afterwards i worked my way up and became the cos. Being in LSPD feels like a home place to me because i began my career here and becoming the head of such an org can make me gain more experience and can teach me more about LSPD.
2.2) LSPD was my very first org which I joined and all the things that I learned from the General post and other legal org as high command benefited me in acquiring good knowledge about all these orgs particularly about LSPD. I worked in EMS,GOV,FIB,SHAP and NG as general ."}. Being a General taught me a lot of things I know some of my faults and if I become the Chief of Police I will ensure and I will do my best to better the work culture and not repeat the faults.
2.3) Finally I have my team prepared with me, my deputies and I have already made some new changes in plan, rank system and pr events so it can make the term more smoother and better.
3. Your suggestions for enhancing the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1) First to enhance RP in LSPD as well with the citizens and city me and my PR team have already planned 25 different events which we will do with other orgs as well as with LI and EMS we will involve them in our events so that it can enhance RP in city, ems presence in events can help in decreasing the possibility of citizen injury and LI can cover our events and provide it to citizens so that they can join LSPD or participate in these events, this can enhance RP. We will ensure there is 24/7 towing and TE departemtn is most active.
3.2) LSPD is a well-coordinated org, i will ensure we work in partnership with other orgs such that we will increase RP in city, eg our swat team can practice mock hostage event scenario. and i would like to revive a department in LSPD specifically within wait "airbrone" we can work in collaboration with NG air-force to safeguard the city and respond to evets in good time.
3.3) In LSPD we will select the best Head of Internal Affairs (IA) such that IA team can ensure no favoritism and nobody getting higher rank without sufficient proof such that everybody will be able to work and achieve the rank that they deserve. I will ensure there is no discrimination or favoritism towards lower rank and Very HC will be adequately trained and is utilizing proper rp commands and radio codes.
