Rejected Family War – Unjust Disqualification

Hello Lebron,

I’m reaching out to you today because it seems that the information regarding the new rules about recording POVs is either unclear or poorly communicated by the administration. On 28/04/2025, rule 6.17GR required players to record all their overlays without exception, which is why it prohibited recording applications that could hide overlays.

Following the removal of that rule, all players understood that recording every overlay was no longer mandatory. As a result, several POV requests were submitted on the forum by players who recorded their game using Xbox Game Bar. This application only records the game and therefore does not capture the Discord overlay or Discord audio. All of these POV requests were either accepted or denied, but no player was banned for not having their Discord audio recorded.

However, last night when I submitted the POVs of three members for the family war, two of them were banned under rule 1.7event because their Discord audio was not heard. This led to the disqualification of my family. (War Family)

If the rule had been as clearly stated as it was last month, all my members would have recorded using the appropriate software. I am therefore asking, in light of this total lack of clarity, for the disqualification of my family MoonLight to be reversed.

I am also providing below the POVs of the members who participated in the family war. I find it incomprehensible that they were banned for 1.7event when the POVs are clearly available.

Conclusion : Tous les programmes d'enregistrement peuvent être utilisés. Les autres règles ne sont pas affectées.

Cela signifie que seul l utilisation des logiciels comme obs ou autre sont autoriser mais que Les autres règles ne sont pas affectées ( en l'occurrence ici l'enregistrement de tous les overlay, y compris du son )​
