As you can see in my pov this player killed me in "his" house which turned out not to be his property and he kills me while I wanted to leave. The house was open.

Saying am leaving + standing still and opening M menu means that u didnt comply with his demand, however an open house doesnt give u the right to enter without permission.
And next time stop metagaming in such situations.
