2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I want to be the leader of the Federal Investigation Bureau because it is the most coolest organisation and there's so much operations to do like busts, evidence collection, undercover missions and organise raids . I will lead the organisation with utmost sincerity and professionalism.
- I have gained experience from the previous term of Andrew Hulk about how to manage the organisation, how to deal with internal conflicts , how to handle relations with other organisations. Keeping roleplay on topmost priority . My goal will be to complete 2 terms with less than 3 warns so i can get the Black Mikachu Hoodie and be the 2nd FIB leader to get the Mikachu.
- Creating FIB a organisation where each and everyone is treated equally and given rank on the basis of experience , skills and talents rather than giving ranks on the basis of favoritism . Making the FIB a feared agency by the gang members.
- In my FIB , we will take over all the situations and events in our favour without showing any misconduct or unprofessionalism . Keeping good relations with other organisations and there members and also be loved the citizens of Los Santos.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
- Conducting Daily Training sessions for each and every member , to make them excel in shooting as i see most of the LEOs lose most of the gunfights with the gangs
- Regular activity checkup by the Internal Affairs Department. (Logs , Activity , Trunk Inspection)
- Making the Human resource so powerful and active so everyone can get hired on the basis of past experiences and no one will not go from the FIB hq , cuz of no HR available.
- Conducting Regular Border Patrols , Having Joint sessions with National Guard in there basis .
